Extremely frustrating when hoping for and definitely paying for a good experience with the beyond marked up prices. Many great staff members throughout the resort BUT also Quite a bit of staff throughout that were more than rude and seemed very annoyed at any interaction. I get things happen but when you’re spending thousands on bottle service, or hanging out at the pool after paying $10-20 per person to access the pool the last thing you want is a roach on you… which yes it did happen and was extremely gross.
